Billing Process
When You'll Be Charged
Most bookings are charged immediately upon confirmation. However, some hotels and properties may offer "pay at property" options where you'll be charged upon arrival or checkout.
Booking Confirmation
After successful payment, you'll receive a booking confirmation email with your receipt and booking reference number. Keep this for your records and present it at check-in.
Currency Conversion
Prices are displayed in your local currency when possible. If you're charged in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply conversion fees.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund Timeline
Refunds for eligible cancellations are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
Cancellation Policies
Each booking has its own cancellation policy. Some are fully refundable, while others may be non-refundable or have cancellation fees. Always check the policy before booking.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, log into your account, go to "My Bookings," select the booking, and click "Cancel Booking." If eligible, your refund will be processed automatically.
