How to change or cancel your reservations and understand policies
Modification and cancellation policies vary by service provider and booking type. Always review the specific terms and conditions of your booking before making changes.
Log in to your TripManga account and navigate to "My Bookings" or use your booking reference number to access your reservation.
Click on the booking you wish to modify and select "Modify Booking" from the available options.
Update the details you wish to change (dates, room type, number of guests, etc.). The system will show you any price differences or fees.
Review the changes and any additional charges before confirming. You'll receive a confirmation email with your updated booking details.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
Bookings marked as "Non-Refundable" cannot be cancelled for a refund. However, you may be able to modify the dates or transfer the booking (subject to availability and fees).
If you purchased travel insurance and need to cancel due to covered circumstances (medical emergency, natural disaster, etc.), contact your insurance provider first to initiate a claim.
In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, special cancellation policies may apply. Contact our support team for assistance.
If your booking is cancelled by the service provider, you'll receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
